We use cookies on Immigration Planner. A cookie is a small amount of data stored on your visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify returning visitors.

Immigration Planner collects the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations and/or answers provided in the various site’s assistants).

The information we collect is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

  • It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of these Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We transfer information about you if Immigration Planner is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Immigration Planner will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Request data deletion

Users who first connected with us through our Facebook app available through our Facebook page can request data deletion directly from the Facebook app: 1) from the Messenger main menu located on the bottom right, select the ‘Clear Answers’ option; 2) confirm your choice to ‘clear data’ (for Users who used messenger to connect to the Immigration Planner website) by selecting ‘yes’, or typing ‘yes’; 3) all your data will then be deleted. Note that this deletion is immediate and final and that data cannot be retrieved.

Facebook Users who also want to have all FullStory recordings of their interaction with Immigration Planner’s website deleted can do so by completing the following two tasks: 1) in Immigration Planner’s messenger, from the account used to interact with Immigration Planner, state a request to ‘delete recordings’; 2) at the same time, send an email at [email protected] stating a request to ‘delete recordings’, and stating the Facebook first and last names of the persons whose recordings need to be deleted. Recording deletions (if any such recording exists) is performed within 10 business days, and is confirmed to the User by email.

Users who created an account directly on Immigration Planner’s website must send an email to [email protected] using the email they used to sign-up, and request that their data be deleted. Data deletion will be performed within 10 business days, and is confirmed to the User by email. Users who also want to have all FullStory recordings of their interaction with Immigration Planner’s website deleted must include a specific request to ‘delete recordings’ in their data deletion request, and recordings (if any) will be deleted the same day their data is deleted. Note that, once completed, data deletion is final and that data cannot be retrieved.
